Free shipping
TRUUSK is responsible for all shipping costs and there are no additional shipping costs on orders. However, there may be additional shipping costs for ordering individual items, such as spare parts outside the warranty period.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
All estimated delivery times are based on real data collected from previous orders. They are approximate times for reference purposes. Processing time starts from the date you place your order (our cut-off time is 22:00 on a working day). We normally process your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once we have processed it, we can ship it. The products are shipped from Germany. This means that your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Please note:
All outgoing packaging undergoes a quality check before leaving the warehouse to ensure that we can meet our high quality standards. This may lead to some delay in delivery time.
Delivery times will be affected during public holidays; couriers will limit their activities during these periods. This is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each public holiday.
What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, we will contact you for re-delivery or to cancel the order. No additional costs will be charged.
Incorrect address details and similar problems can lead to delays in delivery.
No extra taxes
Our customers do not have to pay customs duties or other similar charges. VAT (Value Added Tax) is already included in the sales price visible on the product pages.
Shipment Confirmation
TRUUSK makes every effort to send your shipments within the specified time frame. Once TRUUSK has shipped your order, you will receive a unique tracking code to the email address provided for your order.
Courier companies
We use several courier companies such as DPD, GLS and UPS.
Address changes
We are unable to change the delivery address once the order is on its way. If you want to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order via Contact@truusk.se or call us on +31 85 060 5471. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed due to various processes within the logistics.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before delivery of the order. If an order has already been sent and received, please see our returns policy.
Damaged package during transportation
If you notice that a package is damaged during transportation, please refuse the package if possible upon delivery and contact our customer service via Contact@truusk.se. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further steps.
Pick up your order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order from us.
