All our products have a 12-month warranty. Our warranty is valid from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or damage caused by normal wear and tear, or water damage. We can only process warranty claims with valid proof of purchase. During the warranty period, TRUUSK will determine whether a product under warranty needs to be replaced or repaired. In case of doubt, TRUUSK’s decision is final.
