Free returns
Is the purchased product not to your satisfaction? TRUUSK offers you the possibility to return the product free of charge within 14 days.
14 days right of withdrawal
You have another 14 days after notifying the return to send back the product. Then the full amount of the order will be refunded. Upon receipt of the products, TRUUSK checks the product as quickly as possible, if the return is approved, the cost of the purchased product is refunded within 14 days to the buyer.

Return conditions
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have 14 days to return the product.
- The product can only be returned if it is complete and (as far as possible) in its original packaging. Therefore, do not unpack the product more than necessary and do not use it more than is necessary to assess whether you want to keep it.
- The product must not be assembled.
Tips for returns
- Package the product as much as possible with the original packaging material.
- Make sure that the item cannot slide or rub against each other.
- Make sure the box is properly sealed, preferably with transparent tape only.
Damages and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it correctly. Contact us via Contact@truusk.se.
How do I report a return?
You can report a return via this link. Within 2-3 working days you will receive a return shipping label by email. This should be printed and attached to the parcel. You can then hand in the parcel at the nearest post office from the relevant courier service.
How do I get a return shipping label?
Once you have notified a return, you will receive a return shipping label by email within 2-3 working days. This applies to both defective and faulty products. Please note that for damaged products we first need to have a picture sent to us.
In what condition can a product be returned?
Only new and unused items can be returned.
What are the transhipment costs?
No transhipment costs are charged to the customer.
What is the cost of return shipping for customers?
No costs are charged for return shipping.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect products, wrong size or defective. Please note that for damaged products we first need to have a picture sent to us. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us via Contact@truusk.se or call us on +31 85 060 5471. The fastest way is to notify the product for return. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new product.
Deterioration
Deterioration for returned products is applied if the returned products are damaged, the original packaging is missing and/or the product has been put into use. The depreciation is determined by TRUUSK, whereupon TRUUSK informs the buyer.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount including any shipping costs will be refunded within 14 working days automatically via the original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.
