TRUUSK cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need to (improve) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by TRUUSK. The start date of validity of these terms is 01/01/2022, with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions ends. Web hosting
Contabo
We purchase a web server (VPS) from Contabo. Contabo processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. This party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Contabo has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Contabo is contractually obliged to observe confidentiality.

We use the services of Contabo for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible.
Payment processor
Pay.nl
We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to process (part of) the payments in our online shop. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residential information as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. In the case of an application for deferred payment (credit facility), Pay.nl shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers. All the aforementioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Pay.nl’s services for which it engages third parties. We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our online shop. Mollie processes your name, address and residential information as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you must provide your name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the mission you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later stage – other than at your request – we will ask you for explicit permission to do so. Retention periods
We keep your data as long as you are our customer. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also consider this as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we have to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees will no longer have access to your customer profile and documents that we have produced in response to your request.
Your rights
